TMO02 and TMX02
DescriptionTMO02 (organic) and TMX02(conventional) are low fiber, full fat, enzyme active MicroSoy® Flakes produced from cleaned, dry, whole soybeans that go through our rigorous quality checks. MicroSoy® Flakes for tofu products have a thickness of 0.2 mm, which allows rapid re-hydration compared to whole soybeans (5 minutes vs. 12 hours). No chemicals, preservatives, or additives are utilized in the production of MicroSoy® Flakes. All soybeans used are certified non-GMO. Production methods utilized state of the art mechanical processes, such as high-speed color sorters, stainless steel conveyor systems, and a robotic packaging system ensuring a clean, wholesome and high quality product. |

Our organic lines of products are certified by OCIA (Organic Crop Improvement Association) and JAS (Japan Agriculture Standard). MicroSoy® products are kosher certified by the Star-K organization. Packaging and StorageMicroSoy® Flakes are packaged in 20 kg multi-wall bags, palletized, shrink-wrapped and ready to ship by rail or truck (intermodal facility). TMO02 and TMX02 carry a 12-month shelf life as packaged when stored under cool and dry conditions. |
