Directions:
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, and then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix in TSX12; stir into the creamed mixture. Cover and chill dough for at least one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375 ºF. Roll the dough into walnut size balls, and press them between your palms into a disk shape. Place them 1 in. apart on an oven safe Parchment Paper lined cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
