MicroSoy Coating Mix

Ingredients:

½ cp All purpose flour
½ cp Toasted Soy Flakes
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Thyme
salt to taste
1 lb Boneless chicken breast

Directions:

Measure all the ingredients in a large zip-lock bag.
Cut the meat into bite size pieces.
Combine the chicken with the mix in the zip-lock bag.
Seal and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 F until chicken is done. About 25 minutes depending on the size of pieces.
